Hosting, security patching, software updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and a set number of small content changes each month - new photos, updated pricing, new reviews, that sort of thing. Anything beyond that we quote separately.
We're monitoring uptime around the clock, so in most cases we know before you do. If something breaks, we fix it - that's the whole point of being on a managed plan instead of a random hosting account.
You can send us anything you want changed and we'll handle it - most requests are turned around within a couple of business days. If you'd rather have direct access, we can set that up too.
You can host it anywhere you like. Care & Hosting exists for tradies who'd rather not think about backups, security updates, or who to call when something breaks - it's all one less thing on your plate.
